The aim of Cirlan, in cooperation with our customers, is to become and maintain the benchmark position globally, pursuing top-level efficiency to minimise costs and obtain the highest quality through continuous improvement.

For this reason, senior management together with the departments of production and quality, make constant efforts to improve our processes and technical capacity, undertaking the investments necessary in equipment and machinery, as well as personally assuming the leadership of a programme of personnel training, with the aim of instilling the philosophy of zero defects.

Internally, a policy which awards knowledge and dedication of employees is promoted, as they are the people who make the development and application of our processes and technology reality, enabling Cirlan to be at the head of our industry, in spite of just having been founded just at the end of 2009.

Environmental policy

Cirlan puts into practice an environmental policy based on the protection of their employees, customers and the community.

We are centred on continuous improvement in compliance with environmental regulations, preservation of natural resources and prevention of contamination.

We form part of the IKS platform for waste management and recycling in accordance with regional, national and European regulations.

Social responsibility

Cirlan has adopted the Code of Ethical Conduct in the Electronics Industry (EICC) and as part of such, undertakes to ensure that working conditions are safe, that employees are treated with respect and dignity, and that the manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible.

Cirlan, achieves these objectives through the application of policies and practices that are a reference in our industry.
