I.M.S- “metal core” aluminium or copper circuit boards
These materials are especially intended for circuit boards whose thermal dissipation needs are high. This technology, given its conditions, fits perfectly in the market of circuit boards for illumination (energy efficiency), signage, automotive, etc. The use of materials with different thermal conductivity values enables our customers to adapt their designs to determined conditions.
Dielectrics and its composition are key factors to ensure the insulation and transmission of heat towards the dissipator or devices used to purge excess heat.
